While the parents of this cross were posted alongside the mystery hybrids, they were not identified. One is a pure Nanday Conure while the other is either a Nansun (Nanday x Sun Conure) or Nanjen (Nanday x Jenday Conure) hybrid. Their offspring would be 75% Nanday Conure and 25% Sun or Jenday Conure, which matches
Crosses between Citron-crested Cockatoos and Yellow-crested Cockatoos are surprisingly common, especially before 2022 when the two species were taxonomically separated from one another. Unfortunately, they often go unidentified. These birds are small in size and almost completely white, with yellow-orange ear and crest feathers being their only unique trait. Their bill should always be dark
A somewhat rare hybrid, Derbyan’s x Rose-ringed Parakeets are mostly green with intricate facial markings. The head tends to be a mix of blue-gray and green, with semi-defined black markings appearing on the lores and collar. If the bird is an adult male, the patterns on its head will appear sharper than if the bird

Musk x Purple-crowned Lorikeets are small hybrids that are typically bred in Australia due to the rarity of both species in other areas of the world. They are mostly green with a scattered red and blue crown, turquoise color on the face and chest, and random patches of yellow across the ears, chest, and sides.
Rainbow Lorikeet x Yellow-bibbed Lory crosses are an interesting mix of colors. The pictured bird, found (and likely bred) in an aviary, has a blackish-blue head with a bright red frontside, green wings, and mixed yellow-green & red feathers over the thighs and vent. Current pictures of the bird lack tail feathers, but they were
Crosses between Musk and Red-collared Lorikeets are rare, but are visually similar to Musk x Rainbow Lorikeet hybrids; They are mostly green with a bluish face, a red crown, a red-orange collar, and a large patch of red-orange across the breast. Like other hybrids of species within the genus Trichoglossus, the tail forms a well-defined
A rare hybrid, Chattering Lory x Rainbow Lorikeets are brightly-colored birds with a red head and breast, a green nape, wings, thighs, and tail, and an orange bill. Patches of brown and yellow mark the head and thighs/undertail respectively. Very few of these birds have ever been produced, though their appearance is nearly identical to
