Currently the single darkest color available in Maroon-bellied Conures, Gray-greens are army-green with tan-colored ears, yellow and light gray-edged collar feathers, and dark gray and green flight feathers. Maroon coloring may be visible on the crown, belly, and parts of the tail. The mutation should leave the eyes, bill, and feet unaffected.
Gray-green is an autosomal recessive variety that was discovered in Hungary. To my knowledge, the mutation has yet to be crossed with Blue to form a “Gray” Maroon-bellied Conure.
